    Location and Transportation

    The property is located in Hunan Province in South Eastern China some 250 kilometers west of the Provincial Capital of Changsha and 120 kilometers north east of the regional center of Huaihua city and 38 kilometers east of the County seat at Chenxi.

    There are several flights per day into Changsha from Beijing or Shanghai and three flights per week into Huaihua. Several daily bus schedules are available from Changsha to Huaihua. This trip takes about six hours and leaves every couple of hours. Reservations are required. Huaihua is a city of about six million people. The County of Chenxi has a population of five million and the city of Chenxi is the county seat. Chenxi has no air service and is quite agrarian in its culture.
