Sterling Group Ventures, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to report that it has filed a Property Evaluation Report on the Gaoping Phosphate Project located in Chenxi County, Hunan Province, China with the SEC. The report was prepared by Norm Tribe, P. Eng., of N. Tribe & Associates Ltd.  The purpose of the report is to provide an evaluation of the Gaoping Project Mining Lease, the applied for expansion of that lease and the area referred to as the Tanjiachang Exploration License. more

Sterling sells lithium DXC Interest

As more fully described in Sterling's 8-K filing dated November 3, 2011, the Company has disposed of all of its interest in the DXC Project in consideration of a payment to be made to the Company of ten million RMB. The disposition and concurrent termination of the original DXC agreement dated September 16, 2005 will occur upon payment of the above mentioned consideration. more
